| Abstract: | On the basis of kinetically admissible velocity field and the extrusion force formula of open-die cold extrusion by upper-bound method, the influence of main parameters on the optimum die cone angle is discussed and the values of the vi- able die cone angle and the optimum die cone angle are given through theoretical analysis and experiment. |
