| 摘 要： | 通过对小鼠被动吸烟中毒死亡试验和精子观察，探讨葛根水抽提物抗香烟中有害物质对小鼠完整个体及其精子的毒害作用。结果显示，葛根水抽提物可使小鼠在密闭烟气环境中延长生命，同时对香烟中有害毒物所诱发的精了畸形率有明显的抑制作用，中药葛根在拮抗香烟中的有害物质方面有积极作用。

| Abstract: | The test of small mouse be affected by poison at passive smoking to death and observing the spermatozoon shape of small mouse, By the way to research the extraction substance from pueraria edulia pamp by water to resist the harmful poisonous substance in cigarette that injuring the complete individual and the spermatozoon of small mouse. The result shows that the extraction substance from pueraria edulia pamp by water can cause small mouse to lengthening their lives in smoking and airtight environment. At same time, the substance have the inhibition of deformity rate of small mouse to be caused by the harmful poisonous substance in cigarette clearly and obviously, there are positive action of the pueraria edulia pamp of traditional Chinese medicine in resisting the harmful poisonous substance in cigarette. |
