盐酸溶液中十二烷基磺酸钠在铝表面上的吸附及其缓蚀作用

摘    要:本文用失重法研究了在盐酸溶液中十二烷基磺酸钠(SLS)对铝的缓蚀作用,应用吸附理论和Sekine方法处理实验数据,发现SLS自盐酸溶液中在铝表面上产生了吸附,且基本服从Langmuir吸附等温式。同时研究了SLS与Triton X-100复配时的缓蚀协同作用,认为二者在铝表面上的混合吸附是产生缓蚀协同效应的重要原因。

Abstract:The role of sodium dodcyl sulfonate (SLS) in the corrosion inhihition of aluminium in hydrochloric acid has been investigated by weight loss method. We treated the experimental data with adsorption theory and sekine method. It is found that adsorption of SLS from hydrochloric acid solution on aluminium surface obeys basically Langmuir' s isotherm. The synergistic inhibition effect between SLS and Triton X -100 was investigated, and the mutual adsorption on aluminium surface was believed to be an important reason of synergistic inhibition effect.
