摘    要:
我国新建地方高校在高等教育大众化的过程中迅速发展起来,在经历了初期的快速扩张后,其进一步发展遇到了瓶颈,组织文化的欠缺成为阻碍其发展的主要因素。高校组织文化不仅是高校内部文化现象,更是一种高校管理思想,具有表层、中层和深层三个层次的结构,其中深层文化是高校组织文化的核心。高校组织文化是以文化的形式对学校管理起作用,具有独特的凝聚、导向、约束、激励作用。为此,文章提出建立高校组织文化的思路,推动新建地方高校的进一步发展。

Abstract:
The new local universities education. However, the universities overspread promptly in the initial stage. shortage of organization culture. Organi develop rapidly during the process of generalization of higher are facing the stage of bottleneck when they experienced the The main factor to impede the development of university is the zation culture of higher education is not only internal culture phenomena of universities but also a kind of universities' management thought. There are three levels of construction surface level, middle level and deep level respectively. Culture of deep level is the core of the organization culture of higher education. The organization culture of higher education plays a key role in universities' management via cultural form, which plays congealing, directing, constraining and incentive roles. Therefore, this article provides the new idea to build the organization culture of higher education and promotes further development of newly-built local universities.
