国有企业薪酬制度改革探析

摘    要:针对国有企业薪酬制度存在的问题,结合国家宏观政策的调整,明确提出现代企业薪酬制度改革的5个重点,即企业工资总额调控机制改革,企业内部薪酬分配制度改革,规范经营者激励和约束机制,规范员工收入分配制度,大力加强专业技术人员的激励力度。

Abstract:IN the light of the problems existing in salary system of state-owned enterprise, and connecting with the adjustment of national macro-policies, this paper proposes explicitly the five emphases of salary system reform in modern enterprise, which include the reform of enterprise total salary regulatory mechanism, the reform of enterprise internal salary distribution system, the normalization of managers’incentive and restraint mechanisms, the normalization of employees’ income distribution system, and the intensification of the motivation of professionals.
