摘    要:在政府给予减排补贴、制造商实施减排、零售商投入企业社会责任(CSR)的制造商领导的闭环供应链中,讨论了零售商、第三方回收商进行回收时供应链的减排决策。通过 Nash 博弈、Stackelberg 博弈分析并比较了不同回收形式对闭环供应链决策的影响,并通过Matlab算例仿真验证了结果的准确性。研究表明:两种回收模式下,随着零售商CSR投入水平的增加,减排水平、回收率、供应链成员利润及供应链整体利润(效用)都会提升;两种回收模式下,随着政府减排补贴系数增加,减排水平、回收率、供应链成员利润及供应链整体利润(效用)都会提升;在政府给予减排补贴、零售商投入CSR下,供应链中零售商从事回收活动的效用总是优于第三方回收的效用。

Abstract:In the closed-loop supply chain led by manufacturers where the government provides emission reduction subsidies, manufacturers implement emission reduction measures, and retailers invest in corporate social responsibility (CSR), the emission reduction decisions in the supply chain when retailers and third-party recyclers perform recycling were discussed. The impact of different recycling forms on the closed-loop supply chain decisions was analyzed and compared using Nash and Stackelberg games, and the accuracy of the results was verified through Matlab simulation. The results show that under both recycling modes, as the level of CSR investment by retailers increases, the emission reduction level, recycling rate, profits of supply chain members, and overall profit (utility) of the supply chain will all increase. Besides, under both recycling modes, as the government emission reduction subsidy coefficient increases, the emission reduction level, recycling rate, profits of supply chain members, and overall profit (utility) of the supply chain will all increase. In the case of government emission reduction subsidies and retailer investment in CSR, the utility of retailers engaging in recycling activities in the supply chain is always superior to that of third-party recyclers.
