| 摘 要： | 操作风险是我国商业银行所面临的一项重要风险,而操作风险的防范也成为银行风险防范的核心内容之一。在我国商业银行运营环境下,信息化建设的加强与内部控制的改进是实施操作风险防范的两项主要手段。经验性的分析揭示了信息化建设与内部控制在操作风险防范路径上的微观机理,从而为我国商业银行操作风险的防范提供了现实性的理论借鉴。

| Abstract: | The operational risk is a kind of major risk in our commercial banks,and its prevention has become the core of banks risk management. The information technology and internal control are the main means of risk prevention. The empirical research reveals the path mechanism of these two means,so as to provide the realistic theory reference for our commercial bank to prevent operational risk. |
