| 摘 要： | 传统社会主义理论认为,市场经济是资本主义特有的东西,计划经济才是社会主义的基本特征.从1978年到1992年,由“计划经济为主,市场调节为辅”的改革的最初思路,到“公有制基础上的有计划的商品经济”的改革取向的重大突破,再到社会主义市场经济体制改革目标的确立,邓小平在其中起到了至关重要的作用.

| Abstract: | According to traditional socialism, market economy is something peculiar to capitalism, and the planned economy is the basic characteristics of socialism. From 1978 to 1978, from the original ideas of ＂taking planned economy as the principal thing, and the market regulation as the second＂, to a major breakthrough in the reform orientation of ＂planned commodity economy on the basis of public ownership＂, and then to the establishment of the socialist market economic system, in which Deng Xiaoping has played a vital role. |
