色拉油的光学特性及在显微镜油镜中的应用

摘    要:对几种大豆色拉油在显微镜油镜中的应用进行了较系统的研究.结果表明:大豆色拉油的折射率、吸光度、透光率和数值孔径四个光学参数与生物教学中传统使用的香柏油相近,并且价格低廉,油镜光学特性好,易清洗,不污染环境,教学效果较好,是香柏油理想的替代品.

Abstract:The application of Sala oil in the oil lens of microcope was systematically studied. The result indicates that the optical parameters of Sala oil: refractive rate, absorbency, transmittance and numerical aperture are close to those of the cedar oil which is often used in biological teaching. Meanwhile, the price of the soybean sala oil is low. The optical performance of sala oil is better. The sala oil is easily cleaned, and dose not contaminate environment. Therefore, the sala oil play a better role in microbial teaching. In our opinion, the sala oil is one of reasonable replacers of the cedar oil in microbiological teaching.
