替米沙坦对高血压并阵发性房颤患者P波离散度的影响

目的观察替米沙坦对高血压并阵发性心房颤动患者P波最大时限（Pmax）和P波离散度（P（1）的影响，探讨替米沙坦对心房颤动的治疗效果。方法将64例高血压伴阵发性房颤患者随机分成替米沙坦治疗组（32例）和对照组（32例），另设正常人32例为正常组。在服药前、服药第6月分别测量Pmax及Pd，观察治疗前后两组Pmax及Pd的变化。结果高血压伴阵发性房颤者15nax及Pd均较正常人明显延长，服药第6月治疗组Pmax及Pd较治疗前明砂缩短，较对照组也明显缩短。结论高血压伴阵发性房颤患者Pmax、Pd较正常人增大，替米沙坦能够缩短Pmax及P（I。

Effects of telmisartan on P wave dispersion in essential hypertensive patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

Objective To observe antiarrhythmic effect of telmisartan by studying the impact of telmisartan on the maximum P- wave duration（Pmax） and P wave dispersion（Pd） in 32 essential hypertensive patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation （ PAF）. Methods 64 patients were randomized into telmisartan treatment group（ n = 32） and control group（n = 32）, normal group（n = 32） was regarded as control. Pmax and Pd wele measured based on the electrocardiogram at the beginning and at the end of 6 months treatment. Then tile Pd and Pmax of 3 groups were compared. Results Pmax and Pd increased significantly in patients with PAF of hypertension com- pared with normal group. Prnax and Pd were decreased obviously in treatment group after 6 months of treatment, and they were decreased in treatment group than control group. Conclusion Pmax and Pd increased apparently in hypertensive patients with PAF. Telrnisartan can decrease Pmax and Pd.
