多层砖混住宅楼门斗设计的几点思考

针对我国北方地区普通城镇广泛使用的多层砖混住宅楼,大多数都没有设置门斗的问题,从门斗方便用户使用,提高住宅品质,防止冷风渗透,利于节能,提高住宅的保温效果,丰富立面变化等几个方面,提出了门斗设置的重要性。另外,就住宅门斗设计过程中应注意的开间进深尺寸,外门设置,采光等建筑问题,及结构设计过程中如何解决门斗的不均匀沉降问题提出了具体措施。为工程技术人员合理设计提供了参考。
