切削颤振过程的微机数字仿真

摘    要:本文基于机床颤振的非线性理论模型,以微机数字仿真研究了金属切削过程的动态特性,得出了机床颤振的振幅稳定性、有限振幅不稳定性等一些不同于传统的线性理论的新结论.有实际意义的结论是:颤振振幅和切削用量有着密切的关系,因而合理调整切削用量能有效地抑制颤振的振幅.特别重要的发现是:抑制颤振并不一定要求以牺牲生产率为代价,有时增加切削负荷反而有利于抑制颤振.

Abstract:Based on the nonlinear theoretical model presented for machine tool chattering, an investigation is made on the dynamic behavior of metal-cutting with microcomputer-based digital simulation. Some new conclusions have been formed that are different from those drawn in traditional lineariiy theory, such as stability of chattering amplitude, finite amplitude instability, etc. Of these, the conclusion of practical significance is that chattering amplitude is closely related to cutting parameters and can therefore be eftectively suppressed by adjusting the cutting parameters. Of particular importance is that it has been found that cutting can be stabilized by an increase of the cutting load on the machine and, consequently, it will not be necessary to reduce vibration at the cost of productivity. All these conclusions are supported by experiments.
