热轧冲压桥壳用钢板的研制开发

摘    要:
通过对不同化学成分的试验用钢进行水同忆工艺,终轧温度和卷取温度的试验研究,分析了化学成分,工艺参数,金相组织对桥壳钢性能的影响;确定了化学成分及符合武钢生产条件的工艺制度;在此基础上,研制开发了440MPa级热轧冲压桥壳专用钢板。

During the development of axle-housing steel, the composition and hot-rolling schedules havebeen studied and determined, the mechanics properties and formability of axle-housing steel have been tested,and the effects of composition and hot-rolling schedules on the mechanics properties and formability of axlehousing steel have been analyzed.
