锻炼行为对中学生锻炼自我效能的影响分析

摘    要:为更好地了解中学生的锻炼行为状况及其对锻炼坚持心理的影响,研究采用自编的《中学生锻炼自我效能量表》对广州市越秀区中学的学生锻炼自信心及锻炼行为进行问卷调查。研究发现:不同锻炼频率的锻炼行为之间在外部环境、身体感觉、社会支持,以及运动风险上存在显著或非常显著性的差异;不同锻炼持续时间的锻炼行为之间在外部环境、身体感觉、社会支持,以及运动风险上存在显著或非常显著性的差异;不同锻炼坚持时间的锻炼行为之间在外部环境、身体感觉、社会支持,以及运动风险上存在显著或非常显著性的差异。

Abstract:For a better understanding of students’ exercise behavior and psychological effects of exercise adherence,research by using the self-designed "middle school students exercise self-efficacy scale" to Guangzhou city Yuexiu District middle school students exercise confidence and exercise behavior questionnaire.Study found that:different exercise frequency of exercise behavior in external environment,physical sensations,social support,and exercise risk significant or very significant difference;different exercise duration of exercise behavior in external environment,physical sensations,social support,and exercise risk significant or very significant difference;different exercise time to adhere to exercise behavior in external environment,physical sensations,social support,and exercise risk significant or very significant difference.
