我国优秀运动员职业转换的原则、内容与方法的研究

优秀运动员就业问题一直是困扰体育界的一个重大而又棘手的问题,在目前运动员安置途径里,货币安置成为运动员安置的主要方式,为了补充货币安置带来的不足,国家体育总局出台文件规定了运动员职业过渡期制度,旨在通过运动员职业过渡期的期间内,对运动员进行职业培训,提高运动员二次就业率。通过查阅文献,提出了在构建我国运动员职业转换的过程中应该遵循的原则、培训的基本内容与方法上应该如何设计等。

China＇s Elite Athletes Career Transition,Principles,Contents and Methods of Research

Employment of elite athletes has been troubled by a major sports and intractable problems,athletes placed in the current way,the money placed into the main form of placement of athletes,in order to supplement the lack of money placed to bring the State sports General Administration issued a document provided career transition system for the athletes to professional,vocational training for athletes through the transition period,vocational training for athletes,improve the employment rate of secondary players.In this paper,literature review,our athletes made a career transition in the building process should follow the principles and methods of training on the basic content of how to design.
