体育类大学生创新创业能力培养路径之探究

随着我国社会主义市场经济持续向纵深方向发展,用人制度改革逐渐向科学化、市场化目标转变,社会对高等人才的要求也趋向多元化,体育类毕业生就业压力日趋加大。面对严峻的就业形势,研究通过剖析当前体育院校在人才培养中只重体育学科理论知识的传授,而轻学生创新意识的培养;只重运动技巧的操练,而轻学生创业能力的培育之现状,以"跳出就业看就业"的视角,分别从体育院校人才培养、学生创新创业能力培养、社会服务等层面进行探究。提出以市场需求为导向,体育类院校应适时调整专业结构,不断修正培养方案,创新人才培养路径,培养市场需要的应用性人才;引导学生转变就业观念,不断提高综合素质,强化创新创业意识,主动融入社会主义经济建设大潮之中。

Sports Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Capacity-building Path of Inquiry

With China’s socialist market economy continued to develop in depth,the personnel system reform gradually change to the scientific and market-oriented objectives,requirements for higher talent diversification,sports graduate employment pressures increasingly intensify.Faced with the severe employment situation,only on motor skills drills,through analysis of current sports institutions in personnel training only on theoretical knowledge of sports disciplines to teach,while the light of the cultivation of students’ sense of innovation;cultivate the entrepreneurial ability of young students the status quo,"out of employment see employment perspective,respectively,from sports academies personnel training,capacity-building of student innovation and entrepreneurship,social services and other levels to explore.Raised to market demand-oriented sports institutions should adjust the specialty structure,constantly revised training program,innovation and personnel training path and cultivate the talent needs of the market application;guide the students to change their concept of employment,and continuously improve the overall quality,and strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship awareness active integration into the tide of socialist economic construction.
