| 摘 要： | 在区域经济发展过程中，区域高校科研活动存在着管理理念和机制不够完善、原创性科研不足、科技成果转化率不高、企业和高校科研合作的格局不完善等问题。政府和高校应加强科研管理理念和机制，积极有效引导原创性科研活动，企业和高校在科研活动上各自发挥优势，建立合理的科研合作格局。
