| 摘 要： | 辅导员队伍是高校思想政治教育的骨干力量,部分高校辅导员队伍却不能很好的适应新形势下加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的需要。本文通过对辅导员队伍的现状及成因分析的基础上,试图从多个角度探寻辅导员职业化的有效方法。

| Abstract: | University counselors are the backbone force of ideological and political education in universities. However, some of the university counselors fail to adapt to the new situation and fulfill their duty. This paper, through the analysis of the present situation and the causes, tries to explore effective methods for university counselors＇ professionalization from multiple angles. |
