基于网络平台的师范生教学技能实训机制的建构

基础教育改革的全面推进,对教师专业发展提出了更高的要求,对教师教学技能的发展要求也随之提高。在师范学生职前培养过程中,运用现代网络技术手段,建设网络平台,引导学生依托网络平台进行教学技能的自主训练,以加快师范生教学技能的发展与提高,已成为当前高师院校教师教育改革的主旋律。基于网络平台的师范生教学技能实训机制的建构,会给学生提供更多训练教学技能的时间与空间,师范生教学技能的自主训练意识逐步增强,自主训练的自觉性、积极性不断提高,师范生教学技能的发展会更快更好。
