摘    要:收集分析了近10年来国内外有关八段锦健身功效的相关文献,得出结论:长期八段锦练习对人体血脂和血糖代谢、身体形态和生理机能、运动系统疾病、自由基代谢、免疫机能等各方面均有显著促进作用,是中老年人群理想的锻炼方式;八段锦健身效果的特异性研究较少,以后需要加强。

Abstract:The authors collected and analyzed related literature about the effects of Baduanjin on the fitness of people in recent 10 years, and drew the following conclusions: Baduanjin exercising over a long period of time plays a significant role in boosting the blood fat metabolism, body shape and physiological functions, free radical metabolism, immune functions of people; it is an ideal way of exercising for middle-age and elderly people; However, there are few researches on the particularity of the fitness effects of Baduanjin, and relative researches need to be strengthened.
