生活垃圾焚烧飞灰制饰面砖的研究

摘    要:分析了飞灰的性质,利用飞灰、米黄泥、耐火砂及长石研制饰面砖,并进行了正交配比试验。结果表明:飞灰主要矿物成分是硅酸盐及铝硅酸盐,可用作饰面砖的原材料;飞灰的掺加量对饰面砖表观质量起决定性影响,最佳配比方案为飞灰20%,米黄泥60%,耐火砂10%,长石10%。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of characteristics of MSWI flying ash,ceramic tile together with cream-colored clay,fired clay,and feldspar can be made.Besides,orthogonal test is performed to determine the optimum mixture ratio for production of ceramic tile.It is found that main mineral constitutes of flying ash are silicates and alumino-silicates,and thus it can be used as a raw material of ceramic tile.Flying ash is found to play a key role in influencing perflrmance of ceramic tile,and the optimum mixture ratio of materials in production of ceramic tile is 20% fly ash,60% cream-colored argil,10% ripe sand and 10% feldspar.
