摘    要:为了分析高模量沥青混凝土在全厚式沥青路面中的合理层位及使用情况,基于山东省典型全厚式沥青路面结构,通过构建全厚式沥青路面结构数值模型,分别将高模量沥青混凝土置于下面层、基层、底基层、基层+底基层、下面层+底基层及不设置高模量沥青混凝土六种工况,分析了各工况条件下力学响应指标的差异,以力学响应改善率为指标确定高模量沥青混凝土合理层位,并采用正交试验进行验证,结果表明:除工况二剪应力增大外,其余工况条件下各力学响应均有所改善,高模量沥青混凝土设置可显著改善全厚式沥青路面结构性能,并建议设置在下面层和底基层,经正交试验分析,高模量沥青混凝土设置在下面层和底基层是合理的。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the reasonable layer and application of high modulus asphalt concrete in full thickness asphalt pavement. Based on the typical full thickness asphalt pavement structure in Shandong Province, the high modulus asphalt concrete is placed in six working conditions: lower layer, base, subbase, base + subbase, lower layer + subbase and no high modulus asphalt concrete, This paper analyzes the differences of mechanical response indexes under different working conditions, and determines the reasonable layer of high modulus asphalt concrete with the improvement rate of mechanical response as the index, which is verified by orthogonal test. The results show that except for the increase of shear stress in working condition 2, the responses under other working conditions are improved, and the setting of high modulus asphalt concrete can significantly improve the structural performance of full thickness asphalt pavement, It is suggested that high modulus asphalt concrete should be set in the lower layer and subbase. Through orthogonal test analysis, it is reasonable to set high modulus asphalt concrete in the lower layer and subbase.
