| 摘 要： | 利用资本运营对国有资产进行战略性改组 ,是当前深化国有企业改革 ,提高经济效益的一个根本途径。通过对资本运营的一般性分析 ,可深入解读国有企业资本结构的现状及存在的问题 ,并在此基础上提出通过培育资本市场来搞好资本运营 ,以实现国有企业脱困的根本目标
