| 摘 要： | 图书馆是人精华汇聚之地，其求真务实的科学精神培养了数代爱馆敬业的图书馆人。但随着新技术革命带来的冲击，传统与现代图书馆观念发生了碰撞。继承传统图书馆的优秀品质，完成图书馆员的角色转换，对传统与现代图书馆观念进行有机整合，是图书馆界亟需解决的问题。

| Abstract: | The library is a place where the cultural elite is concentrated.Several generations of librarians who love the library have been brought up by the scientific spirit of pursuing truth.But as the impact by the new technologic revolution,traditional library conception and modern library conception are collided.Inheriting the excellent character of the traditional library,fulfilling the role changes of librarians,and combining the traditional and modern library conception,is the urgent problem of the library. |
