摘    要:在"3T"人才培养模式下,通过对化学反应工程的教学内容的优化、开设专业实验和专题讲座以及改革教学方法和手段,使理论教学与生产实际相联系,理论教学与实践教学相互渗透,从而提高学生的工程分析能力、工程计算能力和实践能力.

Abstract:This paper discusses the methods for cultivation of the students' abilities in engineering analysis,engineering computing and practice under the "3T"talent training pattern.The methods are as follows:(1) Optimizing the teaching content of chemical reaction engineering course;(2) Rreforming the teaching methods,teaching means and so on;(3) Strengthening the interpenetration between theoretical teaching and experimental teaching;(4) Setting up special experiments and developing serial thematic lectures about chemical production.
