| 摘 要： | 技术创新服务体系是企业技术创新的公共支撑和发展动力,其构建应结合区域经济的特色尤其是区域经济的产业集群进行,可以有效实现产业集群内的资源整合和开放服务。河南南阳玉雕文化产业集群已初具规模,构建一个具有玉雕文化特色的网络化产业集群技术创新服务体系,对于促进南阳玉雕文化产业升级、提高产业档次和市场效率有着积极的意义。
