| 摘 要： | 文章采用进化博弈理论,建立了高新技术中小企业在知识共享过程中的非对称模型,对高新技术中小企业在知识共享过程的行为演变进行分析,同时提出了有利于高新技术中小企业知识共享的建议.

| Abstract: | This paper using evolutionary game theory,a non-symmetric model about high-tech SMEs in the process of knowledge sharing is established,and the evolution of the process about High-tech SMEs in knowledge-sharing is analyzed,and recommendations in good of knowledge-sharing between high-tech SMEs are given. |
