摘    要:描述面向成本设计(Design for cost)的概念以及我国汽车工业的现状,通过对汽车全生命周期的分析,阐述在我国汽车企业中实施面向成本设计的必要性.介绍在汽车设计阶段所需要的成本估算方法,并提出基于CAD/CAPP模型的汽车成本估算框架体系,这将有助于提高我国自主品牌汽车的市场竞争力.

Abstract:This paper describes the conception of design for cost and the actuality of Chinese automotive industry.Through analyzing automotive life cycle,it points out the necessity of employing design for cost in manufacture of Chinese automotive corporation.Introducing some methods of calculation in automotive design step,it puts forward the frame system of automotive cost estimation based on CAD/CAPP model.This will meet the demand of the market and improve the competitiveness of Chinese automotive enterprise.
