食用菌杀青水在食用菌栽培中的应用

摘    要:主要以废弃的食用菌菌糠为原料进行栽培,对栽培料的一些成分进行改良,以提高子实体的产量.通过调整微量元素及添加杀青水以增加其营养成分,调整后得出的最佳添加比例为:每100 g干栽培料中,添加100 mL的杀青水,然后再加入10 mL微量元素.将上述结果用于大田袋装栽培试验,以菌糠、棉籽壳、麦麸、玉米粉、石膏为栽培料,结果与未加杀青水及微量元素的对照进行比较,生物学效率提高了7%.

Abstract:This article mainly uses the abandoned edible fungus chaff to cultivate the fungus, some of the culture materials have changed to improve the production of the fruiting body. Added microelements and salting water to adjust the nutrition of the cultivated materials and the best adding proportion was: added 100 mL salting water and 10 mL microelement to every 100 g dry cultivated materials. These results were used in for the cultivation of the field bag test,and it showed that after adding nutrient salt ,the biological efficiency is increased by 7%.
