| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后,我国证券市场开放进程进一步加快,主要体现在投资开放方面,基于我国金融管制的客观存在,融资开放方面在2003年之前一直未能有实际动作.外资企业A股上市,是我国证券市场的进一步开放,对中国证券市场上市公司的整体质量提高以及二级市场投资者投资行为产生重大影响.

| Abstract: | After China's entry into WTO,the opening of her stock market has been speeding up,mainly in the area of investment.Due to China's financing control,the opening of financing had failed to achieve any real effect before 2003.A-stock's entry into the market in foreign-funded enterprises,a reflection of further opening of China's stock market, has great effects on the improvement of the overall quality of public companies in China's stock market and on the investing in the second-ranked market. |
