| Abstract: | Studies show that at most 20 per cent of a person's achievements are attributed to his IQ, while 80 per cent of those to his EQ. The profession of a secretary has a high demand for EQ, so emphasis should be laid on the EQ cultivation of Chinese secretarial students. |
