响应曲面法优化桑椹黄酮的超声提取工艺

摘    要:研究以水为溶剂的超声提取桑椹黄酮工艺,采用响应曲面法优化桑椹黄酮超声提取的关键参数,建立了预测试验结果的模型方程,并验证了模型的有效性。结果表明,桑椹黄酮超声提取的最佳工艺为:超声功率为315W,液料比为60mL:1g,提取时间为12min。在最佳工艺条件下桑椹黄酮的预测最优值是18.85mg·g-1,验证结果为18.12mg·g-1。该工艺稳定环保,适于桑椹黄酮的提取。

Abstract:With water as solvent,a ultrasonic extraction technology of flavonoids from mulberry is studied for obtaining the best extraction parameters via response surface method(RSM).A model equation for predicting experimental results was established and its effectiveness is also verified.The experimental results indicate that the optimal ultrasonic extraction parameters are the following:the ultrasonic power is 315W,the solvent to sample ratio is 60:1(mL·g-1)and extraction time,12min.Under the above conditions,the predicted optimal value is 18.85mg·g-1the extraction yield of mulberry flavonoids is 18.12mg·g-1.The proposed technology is stable and beneficial to the environmental protection,and suitable for mulberry flavonoids extraction.
