| 摘 要： | 横动等径凸轮是地毯簇绒机的重要部件．根据地毯簇绒花纹所需，研究地毯簇绒花形与横动凸轮设计之间的数学关系，提出凸轮设计的方法及要点，最后应用Matlab软件进行横动等径凸轮设计的计算及修改，使凸轮的设计精度和速度得到提高，并为凸轮的分析和数控制造提供数据．

| Abstract: | Transverse moveable cam is one of the important components of tufting carpet machine. It is introduced that the function of the cam mechanism in the tufting carpet machine. Then, the math relation between tufting pattern of carpet and the design of transversely movable cam is studied. According to the pattern needed to be tufted, the method and the main point of the cam design is explained. Using the Matlab software, the computation and revision of the cam design is carried on. This method can enhance the speed and precision of cam design, and provide the data for the analysis and the manufacture. |
