| 摘 要： | 英美文学课程对高校英语专业教学的重要性不言而喻,但由于一些原因,英美文学在目前的英语专业教学中逐渐走向边缘化地位。许多专家学者纷纷呼吁该课程的改革势在必行。笔者在广泛阅读多位同仁与前辈意见的基础上,结合自己的教学实践,对当前英美文学课程存在的问题予以分析,并提出对文学教学目的、教学方法、教学内容等方面的一些拙见。
