摘    要:城乡初等教育发展水平非均等化是我国城乡发展失衡的重要表现。通过对城乡基础教育效益差异与基础教育生均经费支出差异的相关性进行分析,认为初等教育公共支出的城乡差异直接导致了初等教育水平城乡发展的不均衡。促进城乡初等教育均等化的最优路径是要大力提高中央政府教育财政支出的整体比例,并向农村教育倾斜,这样才能改变我国初等教育城乡...
