摘    要:合成了一系列水性聚氨酯,考察了软段组成、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)含量及不同NCO/OH比值对产物微相分离的影响。实验结果表明:聚醚型水性聚氨酯的微相分离程度高于聚酯型水性聚氨酯。提高DMPA用量,软段玻璃化温度移向低温区,说明体系的微相分离程度加大。随着NCO/OH比值的增大,软段玻璃化温度也移向低温,软硬段的微相分离程度增大。

Study on Microphase Separation of Waterborne Polyurethane by DSC

Abstract:Several waterborne polyurethanes were prepared. The influence factors on microphase separation of waterborne polyurethane were studied, including soft segment type, DMPA content and different NCO/OH ratio. The results indicated that the microphase separation degree of polyether-type waterborne polyurethanes was higher than that of polyester-type waterborne polyurethanes. The increase of DMPA amount was related with a lower glass transition temperature, which resulted in higher level microphase separation. At the meantime, the level of microphase separation increased with the increasing of the NCO/OH ratio.
