摘    要:该文通过文献研究和实地考察,结合部分学生的个别访谈,从临床实践教学课程的设置、方法的改进、实践基地的机制建设、教学评价这四个方面有针对性地分析了我国五年制临床实践教学中存在的主要问题及其根源,运用行为主义的强化学习理论,以临床实践运用操作技能为核心,整合有限的教学资源,兼顾学生的个性发展,在遵循学生认知规律的基础上,提出四个方面科学、合理的对策以期为丰富我国五年制临床实践教学的研究提供相关的参考依据。

Abstract:Through literature research and field trips,combining individual interviews with some students from clinical practice to improve the set curriculum,methods,and practice of base-building mechanisms,evaluation of these four aspects of teaching targeted analyzes of five the main root of the problem and its reinforcement learning theory,the use of the system behaviorism teaching in clinical practice,the use of clinical practice as the core operating capabilities,integration with limited teaching resources,taking into account the personality development of students,based on students’cognitive follow the law,put forward the scientific,rational response to four of China’s five-year study period to enrich teaching clinical practice to provide relevant reference studies.
