摘    要:针对现有的应急保障通信系统在自然灾害发生时,存在覆盖范围小、因道路受阻无法到达灾区、供电时间短等问题。提出了5G+空天地一体化应急保障体系,采用5G网联无人机(unmanned aerial vehicle, UAV)覆盖优化技术,可以有效提高连续覆盖性、增强移动性、减少时延;并在此体系框架内设计了一种网联无人机应急通信方案,利用大型固定翼无人机搭载无线通讯基站,采用卫星传输,构建了应急空天基站,实现任何时间、地点,全天候提供大面积覆盖的应急通信保障,具有更高效率、更长续航、更广覆盖、更大载荷等优势。从理论上分析了此方案中关键覆盖技术的有效覆盖半径和飞行速度,并通过飞行测试验证其有效性。测试结果表明该方案可以满足用户的通话、视频业务需求,为无人机在应急保障领域的应用实践提供参考。

Abstract:In view of the existing emergency support communication system in natural disasters, there are problems such as small coverage, unable to reach the disaster area due to road obstruction, short power supply time and so on. This paper proposes a 5G+ air space integrative emergency communication system. It applies the coverage optimization technology based on 5G networked UAVs, which can effectively improve continuous coverage, enhance mobility, and reduce delay. Within this framework, this paper designed an emergency communication system using network-connected UAVs. This system uses huge fixed wing drone as the platform to load the base station connected to the communication network by the satellite transmission. This base station provides emergency communication at any time, any place, and all weather. It has the advantages of higher efficiency, longer battery life, wider coverage, and greater load. The theoretical analysis of key technologies of coverage is conducted in this system about the effective coverage radius and flight speed. Experiment results are performed to validate the effectiveness of our proposal, and the testing data demonstrates that the proposal can achieve the voice and video service requirements of customers.
