新时代大连市绿色发展的根本遵循与践履途径

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央围绕生态文明建设提出了一系列新理念、新思想、新战略,形成了习近平生态文明建设思想。习近平生态文明建设思想是新时代生态文明建设的行动指南,对于建设“美丽中国”,推进中国经济和各方面事业发展有着非常重大的意义。以辽宁省大连市为研究对象,指出新时代大连市实现绿色发展必须以习近平生态文明建设思想为根本遵循,分析了大连市在实现绿色发展进程中的现状与不足,对实现绿色发展的践履途径进行了探索,旨在为加快实现大连绿色发展,建设“美丽大连”提供一些借鉴和参考。

The Fundamental Principle and Practice Way of Green Development in Dalian in the New Era

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the central committee of the CPC, with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core, has proposed a series of new ideas, new thoughts and new strategies around the construction of ecological civilization, and formed Xi Jinping's thought on ecological civilization construction is a guide for the construction of ecological civilization in the new era. It is of great significance for building a beautiful China and promoting the development of China's economy and various fields. This paper takes Dalian city of Liaoning province as the research object, and points out that the green development of Dalian in the new era must be based on Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought. This paper analyzes the present stutas and shortcomings of Dalian in the process of realizing green development. The exploration was carried out to provide some references for accelerating the green development of Dalian and build beautiful Dalian.
