供给侧改革助力辽宁省消费结构升级路径研究

阐述了辽宁省城镇居民消费的现状,提出随着国民经济持续发展和居民收入水平不断提高,辽宁省城镇居民消费方式和消费意识日益丰富,居民消费结构升级加快。以恩格尔定律和扩展线性支出模型为理论基础,并在此理论模型下对城镇居民消费结构进行了量化分析。指出辽宁省居民收入呈现增长趋势,但产业结构优化速度缓慢,传统消费观念、经济下行压力等对消费意愿和消费结构升级产生一定影响。应把握居民消费结构,做好供给侧改革规划,引导和推进产业结构升级,确保经济高质量发展。

Research on the Path of Supply-side Reform Promoting Consumption Structure Upgrading in Liaoning Province

This paper expounds the current situation of consumption of urban residents in Liaoning province,and proposed that with the continuous development of national economy and the continuous improvement of residents' income level,the consumption pattern and consumption consciousness of urban residents in Liaoning province are increasingly enriched,and the upgrading of residents' consumption structure has been accelerated. Based on engel's law and extended linear expenditure model,the consumption structure of urban residents is analyzed quantitatively.It is pointed out that the income of the residents in Liaoning province shows a growing trend, however, the optimization speed of industrial structure is slow.Our analysis results prove that we should grasp the consumption structure,make a good planning for supply-side reform,guide and promote the upgrading of industrial structure,and ensure high-quality economic development.
