摘    要:建筑遗产风险评估是遗产保护领域的重要研究内容。为应对近年来快速发展的城市轨道交通对周边建筑遗产造成的影响,快速、准确的对建筑遗产安全进行风险评估很有必要。本文应用物元理论方法研究了地铁施工影响下的建筑遗产安全风险评估模型,并对工程实例进行计算。结果表明:该方法符合客观实际,可同时用于安全风险排序和安全风险评估,可利用计算机进行编程,高效可靠。可见物元理论应用于安全风险评估的可行性,同时为同类项目进行风险评估提供决策支持。

Abstract:Risk assessment of heritage building is an important research content in the field of heritage protection. In order to cope with the impact of the rapid development of urban rail transit in recent years on the surrounding heritage building, it is necessary to quickly and accurately assess the safety risk of heritage building. In this paper, the matter-element theory is applied to study the safety risk assessment model of architectural heritage under the influence of subway construction, and the project example is calculated. The results show that the method conforms to the objective reality, can be used for safety risk ranking and risk assessment at the same time, and is efficient and reliable by using computer to program. It is concluded that the matter-element theory can be applied to assessment the safety risk and the model can provide decision support for risk assessment of similar projects.
