摘    要:为解决食品生产过程中产品残缺问题,研究了一种基于机器视觉的缺陷检测方法,以饼干为样本进行了实验分析。首先构建实验系统,对单目摄像机进行标定,利用标定所得参数对图像进行畸变校正;然后对校正后所得图像进行图像分析处理;最后对处理完成图像进行区域检测,得到检测结果。实验结果表明:以该方法进行饼干缺陷检测成功率可达98.67%,并满足高精度、实时性的要求,为今后食品缺陷检测提供一定的参考方向。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of incomplete products in food production process, a defect detection method based on machine vision was studied, taking biscuits as samples for experimental analysis. Firstly, an experimental system is constructed to calibrate the monocular camera and correct the distortion of the image by using the calibrated parameters. Then, the image after calibration is analyzed and processed. Finally, the region detection of the processed image is carried out and the detection results are obtained. The experimental results show that the success rate of biscuit defect detection with this method can reach to 98.67%, and meet the requirements of high accuracy and real time, which provides a certain reference for future food defect detection.
