摘    要:基于功能层次分析的机械产品概念设计方法,研究了一种针对微型机床的模糊综合评判方法。区别于以往在概念设计中的模糊评判方法,在从获取最初的原理解直至获得最优解的整个概念设计过程中均引入模糊评判算法。微型机床是是组成桌面式微型工厂的基础,其设计不同于普通的车床。详细描述了基于模糊评判的微型机床概念设计的基本思路和算法的组织,并以一个具体的实例进行了说明。该方法对解决概念设计过程中的运算量过大问题具有较高的参考及应用价值。

Abstract:Based on the machine product conceptual design of function layer analysis,fuzzy judgement about mini-lathe's design is researchesd. Different from usual fuzzy judgement method in conceptual design, fuzzy judgement algorithm is introduced. During the whole conceptual design, that is from the initial principle solution to final optimized solution. Mini-lathe is the foundation to build up desktop mini-factory, its design is different from ordinary one. The thought and arithmetic of mini-laconceptual design based on fuzzy judgement in detail. described and illustrated The method is practical and feasible to solve the problem that quantity of operation is over huge during the conceptual design.
