| 摘 要： | 高校人事制度的改革在高校管理体制改革中处于核心地位，针对当前高校人事管理工作中存在的主要问题，以《劳动合同法》实施为契机，从管理观念、用人制度等方面，分析其对高校人事管理的影响，引入契约管理理念，加强人事管理制度创新，从而提高高校人事管理绩效。
