| Abstract: | Agricultural insurance in China dates back to ancient times, but also it is closely related with rural economic development. Agricultural insurance in China shows great potential for development.,at the same time, it faced with a series of difficuhies. We should learn from the existing domestic and international agricultural development of the insurance practice, and correctly make agricultural insurance legislation. |
