微波消解-ICP-MS测定东北松子与巴西松子中30种元素含量

摘    要:以微波消解作为前处理方法,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪同时测定东北松子与巴西松子中钙(Ca)、锌(Zn)、磷(P)、镁(Mg)、钾(K)、铁(Fe)等30种元素的质量分数,并通过生物成分分析标准物质——鸡肉GBW10018(GSB-9)及芹菜GBW10048(GSB-26)验证试验方法的准确性、可靠性.结果表明:各元素的线性关系良好,相关系数(R)为0.999 0~1.000 0,检出限为0.009~3.65μg/L;与巴西松子相比,东北松子中Ca,Zn,P,Mg,K,Fe含量显著偏高;鸡肉与芹菜标准物质中30种元素的测定值都在标准值范围内;该方法准确、可靠、灵敏,可为松子的质量控制、营养评价及选购提供参考依据.

Abstract:Microwave digestion as a pre-treatment method,the mass fraction of 30 kinds of elements such as Ca, Zn,P,Mg,K,Fe in Northeast and Brazil pine nuts was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,the correction accuracy and reliability of experiment method were corrected through biological composition analysis standard material-chicken GBW10018(GSB-9),celery GBW10048(GSB-26).The results showed that each element has good linear relationship,correlation coefficient(R)is 0.999 1 ~1.000 0,the detection limit is 0.009 ~3.65 μg/L;Compared with Brazil pine nuts,the content of Ca,Zn,P,Mg,K,Fe in Northeast pine nuts is significantly higher than that of Brazil pine nuts;The values of 30 kinds of elements in material-chicken and celery are all within standard values.The method is accurate,reliable,sensitive,which can provide reference for quality control,nutritional evaluation and purchase of pine nuts.
