摘    要:曲轴是发动机中的重要零件,将活塞的往复运动转换为旋转运动.曲轴强度直接影响发动机的可靠性及使用寿命,而结构参数直接影响曲轴强度.在同一边界条件下,研究7个曲轴结构参数单因素变化对曲轴强度的影响;通过部分因子试验确定影响曲轴强度的主效应参数;利用响应面设计研究主效应因素多参数变化对曲轴强度的影响.结果表明:平衡重大端半径、连杆轴颈长度、平衡重厚度、主轴颈圆角4个参数是影响曲轴强度的主效应因子;应用响应面法优化设计曲轴强度,优化后曲轴应力最小值为86.592 MPa,较原模型减少31.3%.

Abstract:The crankshaft is an important part of the engine,which converts the reciprocating motion of the piston to rotating motion.The strength of crankshaft affects the reliability and service life of the engine directly,and the structure parameters have influence on the strength of the crankshaft. In the premise of the same boundary conditions,the influence of single factor 7 dimensional parameters on crankshaft strength is researched,the main effect of strength parameters were decided through partial factor test. The main effect factors of parameters on crankshaft strength was studied by using RSM. The result show that 4 main effect factors of crankshaft have important influence on stress which the size parameter were balance weight of big radius,journal of connecting rod,thickness of balance weight,fillet of main journal. Minimum stress was 86.592 MPa through optimization design of RSM which reduction about 31.3% compared to the original model.
