| 摘 要： | 阐述了管理信息系统(简称MIS)体系结构的发展历程，同时也对ASP技术进行了简单的介绍，分析了应用ASP技术访问Web数据库的原理和方法，并结合电费管理系统的开发实例，讲解了运用ASP技术来实现B／S模式的具体过程。
