内爬塔吊高空整体迁移技术

摘    要:在某观光电视塔施工中,采用千斤顶施加水平力的方法对内爬塔吊进行了高空整体平移,解决了内爬塔吊与上部待安装的钢桅杆位置冲突的问题。该施工技术打破了传统的双塔吊施工方式,节省了施工时间,减少了高空作业,降低了施工成本。

Abstract:In the course of one television tower construction ,by exerting horizontal strength with the jack, we have wholly and horizontally moved the inside-climbing tower crane at high altitudes. It has solved the problem of position conflict between tower and steel mast that is to be installed. This technique has improved the traditional dual tower cranes construction ways, By this way we have saved the time and cost of constructing, reduced works high above the ground.
