地市级综合医院与中医医院利用X线进行诊断的差异及其趋向分析

比较地市级中医院和综合医院X线诊断情况的差异,并分析其发展趋势,对被调查医院的X线设备及利用X线设备进行诊断情况的有关数据进行统计学处理,结果表明,在X线设备及利用等方面两类医院存在明显差异,综合医院的X线设备与使用频率高于中医医院;中医医院X线平片数量与X线受检人数之比的增长速度、大部分科室受检者的阳性率、50岁以下的与50岁以上两组临床医生申请X线检查的数量差异均大于综合医院。

Analysis Distinction of the Diagnosis by X-ray between Municipal Hospital and Municipal Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

Between the two diagnose by X-ray of municipal hospital and municipal Chnese medicine hospital were compared.Investigate date of X-ray equipment and diagnose by X-ray were treated.The result shows a difference in X-ray equipment and result that was used of these two hospital.The X-ray equipment and frequmency that was used of the municipal hospital surpass that the municipal Chinese traditional medicine hospital did;The growth rate of the proportion of quantity X-ray photograph to amount which was examined by X-ray,the positive rate of one's was examined from the most of departments and the quantitative difference of application for X-ray from the doctors below fifty years of age and overage fifty years of age and so on,of which municipal hospital of Chinese traditional medicine surpass that the municipal hospital did.
